Customer Success - Sheffield, England or Belfast, Northern Ireland

The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is a critical role in WANdisco’s Customer Success Organisation. The CSE will be responsible for the successful onboarding and adoption of WANdisco’s Fusion software. As part of the onboarding team the CSE will work to understand the customer’s technical objectives and will design and tailor a plan for them to succeed.  The CSE will be responsible for implementing the plan, assisting and guiding the customer through the planning and deployment process with an objective to provide relevant information, and ultimately ensuring customer adoption of the Fusion software.   The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success and learning new technologies, and understands how technical deliverables associate to business outcomes.  The CSE will partner closely with customers to ensure we provide the right support, at the right time, in the right way, building relationships and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals. 

Marketing - US / UK

The Product Marketing Director is integral to our team by creating differentiated Go-to-Market positioning, target messaging, and incisive sales enablement to drive demand, awareness, continued revenue growth, and category leadership. The ideal candidate will identify and validate new markets, position and message product capabilities for target roles and markets, position against competitors, and develop and deliver high impact content, collateral, sales tools, and thought leadership. The Product Marketing Director will be an exceptional strategic thinker and communicator with a deep technical understanding of the data management, Big Data, Cloud and AI space.

Development - Sheffield, England

Playing a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining the applications built on our Big Data platform, the Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with our Engineering team to deliver new features and maintain product releases of Fusion. This role requires full-stack ownership of the project including unit, integration, and automated testing. The ideal candidate would be equipped to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, where both the development and quality of WANdisco's products would be of utmost priority.

Development - Belfast, Northern Ireland

The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) plays a pivotal role and will work closely with our Engineering team to author test cases and to complete high quality software releases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies. 

Development - Belfast, Northern Ireland

Our ALM Software Engineers play a pivotal role in the development of critical components of software for WANdisco’s Application Lifecycle Management products. These ALM products include Gerrit MultiSite, Git MultiSite, Subversion MultiSite and Access Control Plus.

Our Software Engineers play a pivotal role in the design and development of critical components of software for Fusion, a Big Data replication platform, along with applications to integrate with Fusion. The Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design and development of critical components of software for Fusion, a Big Data replication platform, and its associated applications. The Software Engineer will be joining our core Fusion Engineering team in San Ramon, California.

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a critical role in WANdisco’s Customer Success Organization. The TSE engages remotely with some of the largest global enterprise organizations to rapidly analyze, reproduce and resolve technical problems. The ideal candidate will seek ways to improve technologies or processes.

Development - Sheffield, England or Belfast, Northern Ireland

The Test Engineer is a critical role in WANdisco’s growing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team. The ideal candidate will assist in testing releases of WANdisco’s Fusion suite of products and will work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer requirements.
