WANdisco, in cooperation with CloudBees, now offers professional support for Jenkins with uberSVN - the award-winning open ALM platform for Apache Subversion.
WANdisco, the leading provider of Apache Subversion-based software and services for the enterprise, today announced that the company is building on its partnership with CloudBees, to offer a professional support option for Jenkins, the world’s number one open source continuous integration (build) server. WANdisco has been offering Jenkins through its free, uberSVN open ALM platform for Apache Subversion since July 2011, giving users the option of downloading a version of Jenkins that comes pre-configured to work with Subversion and uberSVN. Now, backed by CloudBees expertise, uberSVN users will have the option of adding Jenkins professional support to their existing uberSVN support contract.

Now, as a partner of CloudBees - the home of Jenkins Enterprise by CloudBees and Jenkins founder Kohsuke Kawaguchi - WANdisco is ideally positioned to offer a range of Jenkins support options to suit every business.
WANdisco’s Jenkins support includes:
- 24-by-7 worldwide coverage

“Recent data from a survey of more than 600 Jenkins users shows that 82% of respondents consider Jenkins to be mission-critical to their development process. As Jenkins use continues to expand globally and it becomes an even more integral part of the development process, companies need to know they can get support when they need it,” said Steven G. Harris, senior vice president of products, CloudBees. “We’re thrilled to be working with WANdisco to support uberSVN users in getting the most out of Jenkins. This new offering provides an incredibly easy way for uberSVN users to deploy and use Jenkins either on-premises or in the cloud with the assurance of formal technical support.”
Both the professional support option and the free Jenkins download are available through uberSVN and its integrated uberAPPS store. Current uberSVN users can easily obtain both Jenkins and the professional support option through uberAPPS.
