Our Apache Subversion support services are designed to meet the needs of customers that require enterprise class support for Subversion to eliminate the risk of deploying an open source solution.

WANdisco offers three levels of support:

  • Silver: 8-by-5 with three hour response time.
  • Gold: 24-by-5 with two hour response time.
  • Platinum: 24-by-7 with one hour response time.

All support levels offer 24-by-7 online case tracking.

Our Apache Subversion training classes provide the knowledge and hands-on experience your staff needs to be productive as soon as they return to work. Classes are organized into administrator and developer training tracks and are available in the following formats:

  • Public class at one of our training centers.
  • Private class on-site at the customer’s location.
  • Web-based training.
