Cirata appoints Hayley Fisher as VP People

Hayley Fisher joins Cirata as VP People with immediate effect.  As part of the Turnaround Plan, Cirata is seeking to establish the foundations for a high growth business.  Cirata has excellent differentiated product and committed people.  After the recent turbulent months at the company, Hayley’s role is to fully engage Cirata’s people with the growth strategy ahead and embed the values of ‘Customer First; Moving as One; It starts with Me’ across the People and HR processes.

Hayley Fisher brings a wealth of experience in People Leadership to her new role, having previously held leadership roles at Tech Nation - the growth platform for tech companies; Hailo - the UK founded e-hail tech platform; Thomsons Online Benefits - the global benefits management and employee engagement SAAS business, after an early career spent at Betfair, the world’s largest betting exchange, during its explosive growth years.
