Major Open Source Investment Continues
The year is winding down, but WANdisco’s Subversion investment is hurtling toward 2011. Most recently, new certified Subversion 1.6.15 binaries have been made available for free download, providing a complete, fully tested version of Subversion. Users are advised to upgrade now to take advantage of the enhanced functionality and improved stability of 1.6.15. The 1.6.15 binaries include several key enhancements as well as bug fixes - one major benefit being a fix for server-side crashes when using SVNParentPath and a memory leak invoked by running ‘svn blame –g'. This latest release continues WANdisco’s ongoing investment in the Subversion open source project, which will be developed further in the coming year.
