Junior Inside Sales

WANdisco, 2011 finalist in a multitude of awards both local to Sheffield and Internationally are looking for Inside Sales Champions to join their rapidly growing Sales Team Pre-IPO. We are looking for true hunters to take our outbound lead generation and prospecting to the next level. Successful candidates will become part of a global sales team working closely with Regional Sales Managers to be the driving force in WANdisco’s growth and secure a place amongst some of the greatest open source companies known across the globe.

Opportunity: 

This is a rare opportunity for anyone with no previous sales experience to join a mature start-up Pre-IPO, help shape WANdisco’s future and open the possibilities for a successful career. As WANdisco Inside Sales Representatives (ISR’s) you would be a motivated and relentless self-starter who is comfortable selling to Finance, IT and management executives across Fortune 2000 companies.

Responsibilities: 
  • Work in structured team selling environment responsible for working directly with an experienced inside sales representative and work towards a target
  • To become well versed and evangelical in positioning WANdisco products and services
  • Book appointments with key decision makers for WANdisco Regional Sales Managers
  • Set up and present brief sales presentations via live conference calls to customers
  • Employ good objection handling skills
  • Self - prioritise your own time and work effectively within the Salesforce CRM to achieve set targets
  • Learn and gain experience to eventually develop the skills to manage and forecast your own deals and opportunities
Requirements: 
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
Qualifications/Skills: 

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Technologies: 

Experience with Salesforce CRM an advantage but not essential
